Frequently Asked Questions
The Corona rules have changed as of October 14. Face masks are mandatory in supermarkets, shops, museums and other places, where this is indicated. The restaurants are closed. The advantage of our location is that it is safe here outside the city and that you can cook yourself. The wellness area is also absolutely private and therefore safe.
The Kaakberg is thoroughly cleaned before new guests arrive. You have your own front door, terraces and garden. On arrival we keep a distance of 1.5 meters and of course we adhere to all local rules.
We will provide you with additional information if you wish about special opening hours of supermarkets, museums and catering. You almost always have to make reservations in the catering industry and museums. At this point you should be careful in Amsterdam, and also in Edam-Volendam, if it is difficult to keep 1.5 meters away. You are strongly advised to also wear mouth masks in the catering industry, shops and public buildings from 14 October in the Netherlands. We will keep you informed of the latest developments.
