In deze privacyverklaring wordt uitgelegd welke persoonsgegevens door de Country & Lake Luxury Kaakberg worden verwerkt en voor welke doeleinden dit noodzakelijk is.

Via deze website informeren wij u over ons vakantiehuis en heeft u de mogelijkheid om contact met ons op te nemen of een reservering te maken. Daarbij worden persoonsgegevens verwerkt. Wij vinden het zeer belangrijk dat er zorgvuldig wordt omgegaan met uw gegevens. Persoonsgegevens worden door ons dan ook zorgvuldig verwerkt en beveiligd. Wij houden ons hierbij aan de privacywetgeving die van toepassing is.
Persoonsgegevens
Voor het verlenen van onze diensten verwerken wij persoonsgegevens. Wij verwerken deze gegevens op grond van een wettelijke plicht en op grond van uw toestemming.

Doeleinden
De bovenstaande persoonsgegevens worden door Country & Lake uitsluitend verwerkt voor een vooraf gesteld doel. De persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken zijn voor ons noodzakelijk om deze doelen te bereiken. Wij verwerken uw gegevens nooit voor andere doeleinden.
De doeleinden waarvoor wij persoonsgegevens verwerken zijn:
• Het nachtregister (noodzakelijk voor het geval er zich een calamiteit voordoet en voor de toeristenbelasting)
• Versturen van facturen
• Retourneren van gevonden voorwerpen
• Bevestigen of annulering van reserveringen
• Service bieden voor gasten
• Bijhouden van digitaal gastenboek
Wij zijn wettelijk verplicht een nachtregister bij te houden. Hiervoor vragen wij uw naam en woonplaats. Wanneer u deze gegevens niet wenst te verstrekken kunnen wij u helaas geen overnachting bieden in ons vakantiehuis.

Op onze website zijn een aantal links naar websites van andere bedrijven en organisaties die voor u relevant zijn. De eigenaar van website Country & Lake kan geen verantwoording dragen met betrekking tot het gebruik van uw gegevens door die organisaties/bedrijven. Google Analytics
Wij werken met Google Analytics, een webanalyse-service die wordt aangeboden door Google Inc. Google Analytics maakt gebruik van `cookies’ (tekstbestandjes die op uw computer worden geplaatst) om de website te helpen analyseren hoe gebruikers de site gebruiken. Klachtenrecht
U heeft het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens indien u klachten heeft ten aanzien van de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens. Natuurlijk kunt u uw klacht eerst bij ons neerleggen, maar mochten we er samen niet uitkomen dan kunt u alsnog uw klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, via hun website.

We are legally obliged to keep a night register. For this we ask for your name and place of residence. If you do not wish to provide this information, we unfortunately cannot offer you an overnight stay in our holiday home.
